This 250 x 100 cm large visual reflection, is the result of a collaboration with 12 rapporteurs and my over night execution of the visualisation of the desired future spaces of youth work. The 12 rapporteurs were paired and each pair attended three consecutive deep dive sessions over the course of two days. They captured specific content in online documents which I could track throughout the days and while attending sessions myself.
At the end of day two, I read all the reports, looked for patterns, tensions, ideas and the emotional landscape. I took time for sense-making and conceptualizing the desirable future spaces of youth work before starting to map out my findings on paper. The visual reflection litterally appeared over the night and was ready to be presented at the start of the last day of the event.
