Visual summaries and infographics can explain complex information, contain multiple visuals and various amounts of text. They are typically created in A4 or A3 size, from scientific reports, master thesis, strategic visions, summary of a conferences, webinars, trainings or lectures.

Large sheets of paper, markers and a wall. The basic tools for graphic recording, which in my view needs high listening skills and technical visual skills to interpret the messages of speakers into visual language and compose in a layout that supports the meaning of it all. Dimensions range from 1 by 1 meter up to lengthy walls – 7,5m for the image below. Most of them are 2-2,5 meters per piece, while multiple day events can also stretch over more meters. I work mostly in English and Dutch, sometimes in Slovene, and can also collaborate with translators in other languages.
